南水北调中线干线工程生态补水实践及供用水条件分析

摘    要:立足南水北调中线干线工程生态补水实践,从生态环境供用水水量、设备设施及环境条件、调度方案、协调机制等方面进行分析,预测了现有分水口门条件下2019—2024年中线富余输水能力相对充足;指出现有退水闸作为生态补水通道的有利条件和总干渠调度方案的总体思路和要求;实施生态补水时需要关注水面线变化过快、地方配套工程不足等问题,并制定突发事件应急调度预案,可为后续生态补水的实施提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the ecological water supply practice of the South-to-North Water Diversion Route Project,this paper analyzes the amount of water supplied by the ecological environment,equipment facilities and environmental conditions,dispatching scheme,coordination mechanism and so on,and forecasts that the surplus water delivery capacity of the South-to-North Water Diversion Route Project in 2019-2024 is relatively sufficient under the condition of the existing water diversion gates.It is pointed out that the favorable conditions of the existing backwater sluice as the ecological water supply channel and the overall ideas and requirements of the main canal dispatching scheme;when implementing ecological water replenishment,it is necessary to pay attention to the problems of rapid changes in the water surface line and insufficient local supporting projects and formulate emergency dispatching plan,which can provide reference for the follow-up implementation of ecological water supply.
