| 摘 要： | 产业整合是按产业发展规律以企业为主要整合对象的跨区域、行业和所有制重新配置生产要素的过程。本文认为,应通过提高政府的规制水平,加快自主创新体系的建立,发挥中介机构的作用等措施,重点建设长江上游成都—重庆、南—贵—昆等产业整合基地,加快西部地区的工业化发展进程。

| Abstract: | Industrial integration is a process which the enterprises are integrated crossing district, industry and ownership according to the law of industry development so that the production factors are redistributed. This article holds that the measures to accelerate the process of industrialization in Western China is to establish the industrial integration bases of Chengdu-Chongqing in the upper of the Yangtze river;Nanning-Guiyang-Kunming, etc.;through improving the level of government regulation;establishing independent innovation system;adequately exerting the role of intermediate agency, etc.. |
