石家庄市土地资源集约利用水平研究

以石家庄市为研究对象,从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三个方面,构建土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用熵值法对石家庄市2000年—2010年的土地集约水平进行评价,然后选取7个省会城市2010年的数据,计算其土地集约水平并进行对比。结果表明:在2001年—2010年间石家庄市区范围内,土地利用从低度集约进入到集约利用状态,但土地集约利用的效益之间存在一定差异;在同类城市中,石家庄市土地集约水平较高,主要得益于自然地理及政策因素的影响。最后提出优化产业布局、实施工业入园工程、加快城市绿化建设等建议。

The Study on Intensive Use of Land Resource in Shijiazhuang

Taking Shijiazhuang as an example,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land intensive use from the respects of economic benefit,social benefit,ecologic benefit,and uses entropy method to evaluate the land intensivism level in Shijiazhuang during the years of 2000-2010.Then we choose seven provincial capital cities to compare their land intensivism in 2010.The results show that,during 2001-2010,land use in Shijiazhuang urban area changed from low-grade intensive to the intensive use,but the benefits have some difference and the ecological benefits need to be improved.Compared with other cities,land intensive level in Shijiazhuang is higher,mainly due to the natural geography and policy factors.Some suggestions such as optimizing city industry layout,implementing industrial garden project and accelerating green city construction are proposed.
