| 摘 要： | 大学精神是大学建设的核心,而高校师德建设是造就高素质大学教师队伍的关键,直接体现一所大学的精神。在高校德育工作中,要全面理解大学精神与高校师德的内涵,塑造大学精神和加强师德建设,并在大学精神与师德互动效应中加强高校德育工作。

| Abstract: | University spirit is the core for universities,and the teachers’ moral construction is the key to creating high-quality university teachers because it directly reflects the spirit of a university.In moral education,we should comprehensively understand the connotation of the university spirit and ethics,shape the university spirit and enhance the moral construction,strengthen the moral education in the interaction effect of university spirit and ethics. |
