资源配置视角下的我国上市银行经营绩效研究

运用数据包络分析模型对我国上市的14家商业银行的资源配置效率实证研究，发现14家上市银行整体上讲资源配置效率较低，这也是导致其经营绩效差的原因；结果显示，14家上市银行资源配置效率存在一定差异，城市商业银行的资源配置效率最高，其次是全国性中小股份制商业银行，国有控股商业银行最低；纯技术效率是造成上市银行资源配置效率和经营绩效呈现差异化的关键因素，规模效率不是导致上市银行资源配置效率较低、经营绩效差的主要原因。

On Operating Performance of Chinese Listed Banks from the Prospective of Resource Allocation
