| 摘 要： | 担保公司风险具有一定的复杂性、被动性、渗透性与自担性.为此,必须制定匹配性的风险管理战略；营造全员性的风险管理文化；组建全方位的风险管理组织；实施全程化的风险管理流程；运用全新化的风险管理方法；实行综合化的风险管理策略；执行分类化的风险管理模式等对策以保证担保公司长期可持续的稳定发展.
