| 摘 要： | 退化生态系统的恢复与重建,必须建立在对其退化机理的深入认识和各种恢复与重建途径的了解的基础上,研究和寻求生态系统退化,恢复与重建的关键技术与途径,找出最佳治理方案。文章根据我国西部地表植被向恶化发展,土地沙漠化扩大,沙尘风暴日趋频繁的具体情况,因地制宜提出了相应的治理对策。

| Abstract: | Restoration and reconstruction of d egenerated ecosystem must be based o n a profound understanding of the deg eneration mechanism and approaches to the restoration and reconstructon.Considering such circumstances as deterioration of vegetative cover,expansion of desertification,and f requent occurrence of sandstorm,th is paper,guided by science of ecosystem,discusses the causes of desertification and sandstorm and t heir damage to our national economic development,and puts forth corresp onding countermeasures. |
