冷冻封水技术在南水北调中线穿黄隧洞盾构始发中的应用

南水北调中线一期穿黄隧洞采用盾构法施工,盾构始发是整个盾构施工过程中最关键、最重要的环节,处理不慎极容易出现涌水、涌砂现象,对工程和机械设备造成毁灭性的后果。为确保盾构始发安全,采用冻结法对高喷加固区与工作竖井地下连续墙之间进行冷冻封水加固,取得了良好的效果。现总结了在该工程中冷冻封水措施的方案布置、关键技术问题和实际取得的效果。

Freezing Technology Application in the Beginning of TBM for the Project of Yellow River Crossing Tunnel in the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route

It is the key and important step in the beginning of TBM for the Yellow River crossing tunnel project in the Phase-I Project of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion.Blowing or sand boiling was easy to occur.It proved that we have acquired the favorable result using freezing between the area intensified with high water pressure and the consecutive concrete wall underground.The paper summarized the project disposal,the key technology and the practical achievement acquired about the technology.
