| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是均衡利益的要求,是权益保护原则和平等交易规则从微观向宏观扩展的结果.因此,必须加强企业社会责任的他律与自律.与此同时,由于企业社会责任与政府社会责任具有关联性,政府社会责任重于企业社会责任.

| Abstract: | The corporate social responsibility is a requirement for the balanced interest and a result of the expansion of principles of rights protection and equal trading rules from a micro level to a macro level.So it's necessary to strengthen self-discipline and external restraint.At the same time,because the corporate social responsibility is correlated with the government social responsibility,the latter outweighs the former. |
