| Abstract: | The dispute on the introduction of foreign strategic shareholders into state-owned commercial banks has become the focus in Chinese financial circle, especially the problem that whether advanced technology and management experience can be grasped by state-owned commercial bank or not. The author doubts the viewpoint that state-owned commercial bank can grasp advanced technology and management experience from foreign strategic shareholders, and points out that the key to develop technology for state-owned commercial bank is independent innovation. |
