| 摘 要： | 资本集中是市场经济的基本规律之一.在促进我国社会主义市场经济快速、健康发展的过程中,我们应当认清这一规律,并且遵循这一规律,鼓励有效竞争,形成一个产业内适度集中、企业间充分竞争,以大企业为主导、大中小企业协调发展的市场组织结构.

| Abstract: | Capital concentration is one of the basic rules of market economy. In the process of promoting the quick and healthy development of our socialistic market economy, we should recognize and follow this rule and encourage effective competition in a bid to form a market organizational structure in which concentration inside every industry is of an appropriate extent, enterprises fully complete with each other, large enterprises take the lead, and medium- and small-sized enterprises develop coordinately. |
