行政垄断的形成和存在是有其政治、经济、法律、历史文化等诸多方面的原因的,要根除不合理的行政垄断,根本在于破除行政垄断格局以及行政垄断下的既得利益格局.本文将从公共选择理论、新制度经济学、管制经济学、寻租经济学等角度对行政垄断进行政治经济学分析,并探讨打破行政垄断格局,破除行政垄断的治理路径.

Administrative Monopoly in the Perspective of Political Economics and the Solution

The formation and existence of administrative monopoly have their reasons in political,economic,legal,historical,cultural and other aspects.To eradicate unreasonable administrative monopoly is to get rid of the administrative monopoly pattern and its vested interests pattern.This paper makes a political-economics analysis of the administrative monopoly in the point of view of the public choice theory,the new institutional economics,regulatory economics,rent-seeking economics etc.,and explores how to break and eliminate administrative monopoly.
