社会保障与社会资助:当代大学生生存路径研究

中国大学生的生存路径出了问题，其中主要原因是中国的传统文化正在发生嬗变，而构建在传统文化基础上的大学生社会保障和社会资助政策没有对大学生的生存路径作出相应的制度安排。大学生一般是成年人，父母没有抚养的责任；大学生要学习，没有自我生存的时间和精力；大学生的户籍已经迁离原籍，无法纳入原来的城市或农村社会保障体系。基于生命权保障和高等教育的社会效益，有必要构建和完善大学生的社会保障体系，合理安排国家和社会对大学生的社会资助模式。
