| Abstract: | The paper,based on an analysis of the regualtions on investment rules of FTAA compared with those of NAFTA,aims at discussing the relationship of game-playing between the expansion of investment capital rights reflected by the draft of investment rules of FTAA and the control to be excersied by the host country. |
