| 摘 要： | 绿色物流作为全新的现代物流形态在我国尚处在起步阶段,作为一种新的物流模式,绿色物流符合可持续发展的要求和人类生存发展的利益,代表了未来物流发展的方向和趋势。文章分析了我国发展绿色物流的迫切性与必要性,解剖了我国绿色物流发展过程中存在的各种制约因素,并结合当今绿色物流发展的趋势,有针对性地提出了我国发展绿色物流必须解放思想,确立发展绿色物流的全新理念；完善绿色物流的政策环境和经济环境；大力开发和采用绿色物流技术；加强物流信息系统和标准化体系建设；加快绿色物流的基础设施规划与建设；加强对物流绿色化的研究和人才培养等对策。
