| 摘 要： | 对拟投标项目的科学评价，关键在于构建项目选择的评价指标体系。通过对动态联盟项目选择内涵和相关文献的分析，构建了评价的指标体系，考虑指标间的相互影响与制约关系，研究了网络分析法评价的可行性，建立了项目选择评价模型，应用网络分析法确定了模型中各层次指标的权重,并对某动态联盟拟投标的项目进行了系统评价与实证分析。
