| 摘 要： | 发展循环农业是推进农业资源节约、拓展农业功能、建设和谐农村的必然要求。文章运用循环经济理念,探讨了循环农业的基本概念、发展层次与产业链条延伸的循环路径,从微观、中观到宏观角度总结了我国循环农业的不同发展类型,最后从构建循环农业经济体系、拓展农业功能、创建农业技术支撑体系、探讨新的运行机制等角度提出推动循环农业发展的战略思考。

| Abstract: | Developing circling agriculture is a necessary request for promoting saving of agriculture resources, upgrading agriculture function, and constructing harmonious rural areas. This paper exerts the thought of circling agriculture, discusses its basic concept, development arrangement, and circulating path outstretched with industry chain. It summarizes the different development types of circling agriculture in China from the microcosmic, middle and macrocosmic viewpoints. Before ending, it also puts forward strategic thoughts for promoting circling agriculture development from the angles of establishing economic system for circling agriculture, upgrading agriculture function, setting up supporting system for agriculture technology and discussing new running mechanism, etc. |
