物流平台研究:发展专用物流平台

物流平台是对物流运作起承载和支持作用的以工程和管理为主的环境、条件系统,是现代物流运作的基础,是决定物流发展水平的重要因素.当前,就我国国情与发展水平而言,物流平台是我国物流业发展的薄弱环节,要更多地关注物流平台,发展、建设、完善、提高实物物流平台,保持物流平台建设与构筑一定的优先性和先行性,把打好基础放在重要位置.从与其他相关领域(客运领域)的关系来看,物流平台可分为共用物流平台和专用物流平台两大类.目前在全世界范围内,共用综合性物流平台占主体地位,专用物流平台还比较少见,而我国首先需要解决的就是物流平台特别是专用物流平台的有无问题、短缺问题.考虑到国内对物流平台建设问题尚存在实质上的分歧,并且已经影响到了管理部门,对物流业发展非常不利,必须认真研究、讨论,以寻求真知,达成共识,更好地推动我国物流平台建设.
