河南省农业土地利用效率评价研究

农业土地资源的有效利用可以大大提高农业生产的经济效率,因此成为人们关注的话题。文章以河南省为例,利用数据包络分析法,以农业用地面积、政府财政支持、劳动力投入等指标构建了适合河南省农业土地利用效率评价指标体系,并通过建立BC2模型,以2010~2014年农业数据为对象,对农业土地利用效率评价进行综合性评价研究。评价结果表明:河南省农业土地利用综合效率呈提高趋势,其效率平均值为0.927。其中,河南西部和南部综合效率较高,北部、东部综合效率相对较低。

EVALUATIONON AGRICULTURAL LANDUSE EFFICIENCY

The effective use of land resources can improve the agricultural production economic efficiency .Taking Henan province as an example, using the data envelopment analysis, this paperconstructed evaluation index system for utilization efficiency of agricultural land, which included agricultural land use area , financial support of the gov-ernment, labor inputs.Through the establishment of BC 2 model, based on the data from 2010 to 2014, it evaluated the agricultural land use efficiency.The results showed that:the overall efficiency of land use showed an increase trendwith the efficiency average of 0.927.The efficiency was higher in west and south than that in the northern and eastern Henan.It suggested that the northern region should optimize the agricultural structure , increasethe invest-ment in science and technology, and enhance the efficiency of land use .This studycan provide a theoretical support for the future development of agricultural land use .
