我国农村劳动力资源与人口红利相关性分析

作为经济发展的重要推动力,劳动力资源数量及质量在很大程度上决定了经济发展快慢。文章采用综合分析及文献查阅相结合的方法,根据国内外劳动力资源以及人口红利相关理论,对我国农村劳动力资源与人口红利之间的相关性进行分析,结果表明,人口红利与劳动力资源之间相关关系并不是恒定的,人口红利前期主要取决于农村劳动力资源的数量,而后人口红利阶段则主要取决于劳动力资源的职业教育水平,同时农村人口的年龄结构对人口红利有一定影响。该文还提出了优化调整农村劳动力人口结构、建立健全农村劳动力职业教育机制、加强与完善社会保障体系及建立加大科技投入促进经济转型等具体建议,旨在为我国农村经济的长期持续健康发展提供一定的理论及实践依据。

THE RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE RURAL LABOR FORCE RESOURCES AND THE DEMOGRAPHIC DIVIDEND

As an important driving force for promoting economic development , the quantity and quality of labor re-sources could determine the speed and the quality of economic development .In this paper, the method of compre-hensive analysis and literature view were used to analyze the relevant theory about the domestic and foreign labor re -sources and demographic dividend .And based on the situation that the industry structure adjustment in rural , it studied the correlation between China ′s rural labor resources and the demographic dividend .According to the anal-ysis of the rural labor resources, rural economic development, system construction and other aspects , the relation-ship between the rural labor resources and the demographic dividend was revealed .Aiming at the problems including not perfect education system construction , insufficient capital investment , lower quality of rural labor resources , some suggestions were put forward , such as optimizing the labor force structure , perfecting occupation education system to promote technology the quality of the rural labor force skills , increasing the input of technology , so as to provide some theoretical and practical references for the long -term sustained and healthy economic development in rural areas.
