城乡人力资本投资行为关系研究——基于城镇示范性效应的分析视角

本文通过构建带有城镇示范性效应的农村人力资本投资理论模型,考察城镇人力资本投资对农村人力资本投资行为示范性影响效应。首先对模型中反映示范性效应的变量进行了ADF平稳性检验,初步判断出农村人力资本投资行为中城镇示范性效应影响的存在性。在此基础上构建基于OLS的误差修正模型分析检验城镇对农村人力资本投资的示范带动性效应及其程度。

The Research on the Relationship of Human Capital Investment between Urban and Rural Area: Based On the Analysis of Rural Human Capital Investment with Urban Demonstration Effect

Through studding the relationship between urban and rural human capital investment,this paper constructs the rural human capital investment theoretical model with the urban demonstration effect.Then carrying on the ADF stability examination to the variables with the urban demonstration effect,the result shows the factors of the demonstration effect are exist,basing this case,this paper continues setting up theoretical model to test the performance of the demonstration effect and point out urban human capital investment plays a important role in rural human capital investment.The result shows: The variables invested in food and transportation and communication are influenced uncommonly by the urban demonstration effect,but the variables invested in education and Medicare are influenced,but not distinctively.
