对农业保险利益属性的再探讨

近年来,农业保险的学术研究不断丰富,但大多是就问题而解决问题的分析模式。本文运用政治经济学的利益分析方法深入探讨了农业保险的期待利益、补偿利益、射幸利益、弱可保利益、溢出利益和多元利益的属性,力图在一个新的视角下重新审视农业保险发展问题,并为今后农业保险利益和利益关系研究的延展提供理论基础和方向指引。

Research on Interest Attribute of Agricultural Insurance

Researches on agricultural insurance have been enriched in resent years,but many of them are aimed at resolving reality problems.By using interest analysis of political economics,this paper discusses expected interest,compensation interest,contingency interest,weak insurability interest,spillover interest and pluralistic interest of agricultural insurance,strives to reconsider agricultural insurance problems under a new perspective,and proposes theoretical basis for the extensive researches.
