| 山林纠纷的类型梳理与成因探究 |

| 摘 要： | 广东省从2008年开展新一轮集体林权制度改革以来产生了各种山林纠纷,山林纠纷的妥善调处关乎改革的顺利推进与林业的进一步发展。本研究以广东省311个农户的调查数据为依据,从山林纠纷产生的时间顺序、森林资源价值和林权内涵对山林纠纷进行了分类,并进一步从农户自身禀赋与环境因素的视角分析诱发山林纠纷的原因,最后提出建立山林纠纷的动态治理机制等几点措施。

An Analysis about the Type and Cause of Forest Dissension |

| Abstract: | With implementing about the new round of collective forest tenure reform in Guangdong from2008,it generated a lot of forest dissensions.Whether the forest dissension was mediated properly or not,it relates the smooth progress of collective forest tenure reform and the further development of forestry.Based on a survey data for 311 farmers in Guangdong province,this paper classified the forest dissensions from several perspectives as follow:the chronological order of forest dissensions occurring,the value of forest resource,and the connotation of forest property right.And then,the causes of inducing dispute have been discussed from the perspective of household endowments and environmental factors.Based on above analysis,this paper proposes some measures for dealing with the forest dissensions. |
