| 摘 要： | 由于高校的扩招，女大学生就业难的问题逐渐显现出来。在求职过程中，女大学生面临着严重的显性或者隐性性别歧视。从“惯习性别”的角度看，人们对社会性别的认知经过了现实的主流文化价值观、人格特征和社会情景的筛选，由人们在现实生活中建构出来。因此，要想摆脱女大学生就业面临的诸多困境，就需从改变人们的传统观念，女大学生建立自信心，以及完善相关法律等方面解决女大学生就业难问题。
