ANALYSIS ON THE APPOINTMENT AND PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR MANAGERS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES
Abstract:According to the current situation,it is a long way for small and medium sized state owned enterprises to exit.So we should attach great importance to the supervision of these enterprises,especially the appointment of manamgers and the performance appraisal analysis.
