| 摘 要： | 我国代建制经过5年的试点与发展,取得显著成绩的同时,也暴露出了很多问题。本文主要针对代建招标中的存在的问题进行了系统的分析,并且提出了解决的思路和方法。以期能够为代建制的完善与发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | After five years of pilot test and development,with much success,the Agent-Construction system also exposed a number of questions.The thesis analyzed the main problems in biding of Agent-Construction,and put forward ideas and methods to resolve the problems.I hope it can contribute to improve and develop the system of Agent-Construction. |
