| 摘 要： | 入世后我国国际经贸活动的变化必然给法学教育改革带来影响,本文对我国现行法学大一统的教育模式提出了质疑,对行业院校法学本科教育改革作出肯定的答复,对经济类院校法学本科复合型人才的培养,从教育模式、教学程序与内容及个性化教育三方面,提出了改革意见。

| Abstract: | After China' s WTO accession,changes in china' s international economic and trade a ctivities must have brought about impact on legal educational re form.This paper calls the uniform of the present legal educational model of our contry in question,makes positive reply to th e undergraduate legal educational r eform in professional colleges,and puts forward ideas of reform in three fields of educational model,teaching procedure and content,as well as personalization education in the training of the undergraduate legal compound sk illed personel in colleges of econom ics. |
