Economic globalization makes the economic activing to cross the precincts of the district. It's final purpose is for profit and performance. This encourages the communication of individual who has accepted the various concepts from politics,economics,culture,law and education. And this also creates a new type organization relationship of interconnection and interdependence. It is very important that the ethic power which is suitable for self -growth and which can not be imitated by rival is integrated in the transnational corporation management. This is available of improving the interior cohesion,setting up the external image and seaking the specialized competition supenority.
