| Abstract: | Taking the example of Songhua river power plants,the paper analyzed the shortcomings of human resources management development direction at present phase in new system for power enterprises and on this basis,the relationship between human resources management and power system reform is analyzed and some strategies and ideas to improve level of human resource management for some new system power enterprises are put forward. |
