| Abstract: | In this paper, we mainly research on the regional human resource management from the system theory angle. First, we set up a systemic theory structure of human resources management, and analyze the main contents of the regional human resource management system;Second ,we study the construction path of the regional human resource management system; Last, we draw up the research system of regional human resource management to perfect the research frame on human resource management. |
