| Abstract: | Excess liquidity has become a serious problem in China's economic operation. This paper starts with the analysis of excess liquidity, and then it analyzes the relationship between the excess liquidity and inflation as well as the features of the inflation, followed by pointing out the countermeasures to curb the inflation. |
