多重PCR技术在鉴定菜豆中的应用

摘    要:通过分析菜豆及其近缘种共21份植物材料的psbA-trnH基因序列,设计出一对菜豆的特异性引物。将叶绿体trnL和此对特异性引物结合进行多重PCR,结果表明可用于鉴定菜豆。

Abstract:In this study,Comparison of the total DNA of 21 samples species,including Phaseolus vulgaris and closely related species in seven plant families was undergone.A specific primer for Phaseolus vulgaris thourgh analysising sequences of psbA-trnH was desighed.A multiplex PCR was used to identify Phaseolus vulgaris.The multiplex PCR method can be used to identify Phaseolus vulgaris.
