摘    要:渗漏是水利混凝土建筑物老化病害的一种表面现象,亦最为常见。设计不合理、施工质量欠佳、运行管理不善或使用条件改变、遭受意外荷载及材料老化等,会引发贯穿性裂缝,或在混凝土内部形成连通的蜂窝孔洞等深层缺损,或导致变形缝止水失效。本文对建筑施工中常见的渗漏成因进行了分析,并针对这些常见的渗漏病害,提出一些具体的处理措施。

Abstract:Leakage is the most common aging disease of water conservancy concrete building. Factors such as the irrationality of design, imperfect construction quality, poor implementation or the change of operation conditions, subject to unexpected load and material aging will lead to penetrability crack or the deep defect of the honeycomb-like hole within concrete or cause the invalidation of deformation joint water protection effect. The paper analyzes the common causes for the leakage in the building construction and puts forward some specific treating measures for these common leakage diseases.
