| 摘 要： | 文章针对项目管理方法在设备检修中的应用,介绍了项目管理方法的内涵及其与设备检修管理的联系,进而分析了设备检修管理的意义与特点,并总结分析了在设备检修管理中运用项目管理方法所面临的问题,最后提出了基于项目管理方法的设备检修管理模式,可以为相关企业进行设备检修管理提供合理的参考。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the application of method of project management in equipment maintenance,this paper introduces the connotation and the contact with the management of equipment maintenance of project management methods,the meaning and characteristics of management of equipment maintenance and problems of using the method of project management in it are also included,finally puts forward the management mode for equipment maintenance based on the method of project management,which can provide reasonable reference for related enterprise’s equipment maintenance. |
