生态文明视角云南省森林生态经济耦合系统协调发展研究

运用耦合协调度模型与聚类分析方法,分析了云南省森林生态经济耦合系统协调发展的态势以及各州(市)森林生态经济耦合系统协调发展的差异。结果表明:2006—2016年云南省森林生态经济耦合协调发展态势良好,2009年之前耦合协调发展存在波动,2012年之后耦合协调发展逐渐稳定趋向良好(耦合协调度均大于0.62);云南省各州(市)森林生态经济耦合协调发展差异显著,普洱市与昆明市耦合协调发展良好,怒江州与迪庆州耦合协调发展较差,其他州(市)都处于濒临失调状态。因此,云南省应注重保障森林生态安全;合理开发林产品;促进森林生态经济失调衰退的州(市)协调发展。

Study on Coordinated Development of Forest Eco-economic Coupling System in Yunnan Province from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

⑴ Background——With the rapid development of the global economy,the ecological environment becomes deterioration.It have made the study of the coordinated development of the forest eco-economic coupling system a focus of academic circles at home and abroad.At present,the state advocates the implementation of the landscape forest lake and grass life community project,as well as the rational development of forest products in various regions,which has greatly promoted the coordinated development of forest eco-economy.Yunnan Province is rich in forest resources,so the development of forest eco-economy should be paid attention to.⑵ Methods——In order to analyze the coordinated development degree of forest eco-economic system in Yunnan Province,the coupling coordination degree model and cluster analysis method were used to analyze the coordinated development trend of Yunnan forest ecological economic coupling system in the past ten years,and the current coordinated development of 16 cities.⑶ Results——①From 2006 to 2016,the coupling degree of forest ecological economy in Yunnan Province was in good condition.For the 2006 and 2007 was less than 0.48,and it gradually stabilized after 2012.From the perspective of impact weight,The most influential factor of the forests ecological security is forest pest and disease area(weight:0.181),and the greater impact on the forestry economy is the increase in the output value of forest products(weight:0.154).②At present,there are four cities,for instance Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture,Diqing Prefecture,Nujiang Prefecture and Pu'er City,with high forest ecological security evaluation index.Rich in forest resources and diverse in species,the ecosystem is stable.The forestry economic benefit index is higher in Xishuangbanna and Pu'er.The region has a rich variety of flora and fauna,and it has the advantage of resource endowment,which is conducive to the development of valuable animal and plant resources.The city has a disproportionate distribution of forest ecological economic development.The Pu'er City and Kunming City have good coordination,and the average result is 0.734.Nujiang and Diqing are poor.The average result is 0.119.The degree of Other cities coupling development is on the verge of being out of tune,with levels between 0.45 and 0.55.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——In Yunnan province,the forest ecological security evaluation index is at a medium safety level,the economic benefit evaluation index is slightly higher than the ecological safety evaluation index,the coordinated development of forest ecological economy has a synergistic effect on time and space,and gradually stabilizes and tends to be good offset recession(bottom line) → coordination development(poor) → dysfunctional decline(poor) → coordinated development(good)],but the differences in coordination development between prefectures(cities) are significant,ranging from dysfunctional recession(crisis) to coordinated development(good).In conclusion,it is proposed that Yunnan province should pay more attention to ensure forest ecological security,strengthen ecological civilization construction and keep"Jinshan Yinshan";give full play to the advantages of Yunnan province's forest resources,develop rationally forest products;explore scientific and rational development model,for the three-dimensional circulation of agriculture and forestry Demonstration and promotion of industries;recommend for the coordinated development of cities and towns that promote the decline of forest ecological economic imbalance.
