福建省林产品物流节点质量评价

应用关联系数标准差方法改进引力模型,选取5个维度的指标,对福建省林产品物流节点的质量进行评价,结果表明:福建省林产品物流节点、林产品产量、物流从业人员的影响权重较大,林产品物流节点结构呈现"东强西弱,南高北低"的特点,福州、泉州、三明是福建省林产品物流辐射全省的3个轴心节点。针对福建省林产品物流节点质量的特点,应该加强林产品核心枢纽建设、建立东西物流通道等,以便提升福建省林产品物流节点质量。

Quantity Evaluation of Forest Products Logistics Node in Fujian Province

⑴ Background——Forestry is the superior industry with great developing potential in Fujian,but its distribution among 9 cities within Fujian is so uneven that atypical loading and transporting tools are required.⑵ Methods——Firstly,the level of regional economic development,logistics quantity and logistics service are analyzed by correlation coefficient and standard deviation integrated method(CCSD)with the 9 cities of Fujian are regarded as 9 nodes in the logistics network of forestry products.And then with comprehensive capability of forestry products regarded as dimensions of the evaluation index,related statistical yearbook data(2014-2018) are adopted to calculate the weight of each index.Finally,the improved gravitational model is used to evaluate the quality of logistics nodes of forestry products in Fujian.⑶ Results——It is found that the logistics nodes,the output of forest products and the logistics practitioners have a great impact on the weight.The main reasons are as follows:the logistics nodes of forest products reflect the processing capacity of forest products.Besides,the output of forest products directly transmits the information of logistics sources of forest products and the quality of logistics practitioners affects the efficiency of logistics operations.The logistics nodes network of forest products in Fujian show some obvious characteristics stronger in the East than that in the west and higher in the South than that in the north.Quanzhou and Zhangzhou are located in the south of Fujian,therefore,the economy of forestry industry is relatively active and the demand for logistics services of forest products is strong.However,in the northern cities such as Nanping and Ningde,the logistics activities are quiet due to the restriction of the total economic volume of forest products.The problem is that the northwest of Fujian,where the economy of forest products is relatively active,has a weak logistics node,which cannot match its development.What's more,Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Sanming are the pivotal nodes,affecting the whole province.The reason is that the distribution from Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Sanming to their respective radiation nodes is appropriate.The possible impact of this research result is to give a full play to the function of three core nodes,and form a logistics network node of forest products covering the whole Fujian.It is not completely consistent with the view that Fuzhou,Wenzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou are the pivotal nodes of the Haixi region,because it considers that the pivotal nodes and the space of logistics network in the Haixi region is wider,and the foreign radiation of the port is also included.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Firstly,The radiation effect of the core pivotal nodes of forest products logistics on the branch line nodes need to be enlarged.Besides,the connection between forest products logistics nodes in the east and the logistics supply points of inland forest products should be tightened.Furthermore,the talents of the logistics industry need to be trained professionally.As the pivotal nodes have an affect on the branch nodes and the eastern nodes needs to play a further role in order to better connect with the inland forest product supply center,further strengthening the construction of the pivotal hubs of forest products,especially the construction of the primary hubs,is in an insistent demand.What's more,constructing the trunk and branch lines and building the branch network logistics line are in order to realize the cooperative development among them.Because the pivotal nodes have a radiation impact on other logistics nodes of forest products,the East-West logistics lines are in demand of establishment and then the branch nodes are brought to them.Besides,for forming high-quality logistics nodes of forest products in Fujian,it is necessary to strengthen foreign cooperation,improve the circulation speed and professionally train logistics talents.
