| Abstract: | Fund to an enterprise is what blood to a human body. An enterprise can run without profit temporarily, but it's impracticable without a certain amount of cash-flow. Bad fund circulation can collapse an enterprise in a short term. Therefore, handling of fund deficiency to a re-form state-owned enterprise is a tough problem to enterprise reform and an inevitable obstacle to the enterprise operation. |
