| 摘 要： | 本文分析了城市河道整治项目社会评价的意义及目的,设计了城市河道综合整治项目社会评价指标,构建了基于层次分析法的灰色关联度评价模型。实例研究结果表明,该模型可从社会角度对城市河道综合整治项目方案进行优选。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessary and the goal of social assessment of comprehensive controlling project about urban river,and designs the indicators on social assessment of comprehensive controlling project about urban river,and establishes the evaluation model with grey correlation degree based AHP.The result based on the real example shows that this model can be used in choosing the optimal design of urban river. |
