| 摘 要： | 近年来,在金融国际化、国内经济持续高速增长以及国内证券市场疲弱不振的背景下,大量企业海外上市已成为引人注目的热潮。企业为何不惜高额成本海外上市?必须就此问题对企业海内外上市环境做深入的比较分析,才能发现我国资本市场的制度性缺陷,从而采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years Chinese economy has grown very rapidly.However,the weak domestic securities market makes it rather difficult for Chinese enterprises get overseas listing in the process of finane internalization.Why do so many domestic companies get listed overseas despite of high cost? Through a thorough comparative analysis of domestic and overseas listing circumstances,this paper points out the mechanism weakness of domestic capital market and puts forward the corresponding solutions. |
