摘    要:自从麦肯锡1998年提出了“人才大战”以来,人才管理在西方发达国家逐渐引起了业界和学界强烈的关注,但是学术界对人才管理的研究一直滞后于企业实践。文章主要梳理了西方发达国家关于人才和人才管理的文献,立足于人才哲学视角分析人才管理的内涵,剖析人才管理(TM)和人力资源管理(HRM)的联系与区别,理清人才管理的理论基础和研究主题,指出了现有研究的局限性和未来值得进一步探讨的研究方向。

Abstract:Since McKinsey put forward the ″talent war″ in 1998,the problem of talent management has gradually aroused strong concern in the western developed countries,but the academic research on talent management has been lagging behind the enterprise practice. Firstly,this paper mainly combs the literature about the concept of talent and talent management in western developed countries. Secondly,this paper analyses the connotation of talent management and the relationship and differences between talent management(TM) and human resources management(HRM) from the perspective of talent philosophy.Then this paper clarifies the theoretical basis and research theme of talent management.Finally,this paper points out the limitations of the existing research and puts forward the future research directions.
