基于应用型人才需求的国贸实务类课程教学改革研究

通过分析目前外经贸企业关于国际经济贸易专业应用型人才需求现状,指出企业对外贸人才专业化能力的要求。从教学方法、人才供求、教师实践等方面,指出目前国贸实务类课程教学模式与应用型人才培养要求存在差距。结合国贸实物类课程内容,阐释高校国贸实务类课程教学中存在的问题和课程改革的必要性,指出从注重课程实际操作性、开设多元化课程、线上线下课程结合、加强校企合作等方面,提升国贸实务类课程教学改革的策略措施。

The Teaching Reform of International Trade Practice Courses based on the Demand for Applied Talents

By analyzing the demand for international trade applied talents of foreign trade enterprises,the paper explains the enterprises’requirements for the professional ability of foreign trade graduates.In terms of teaching method and the supply and demand of talents as well as teachers practical experience,the gap does exist between the requirement for professional talent and the teaching modes of current universities for international trade practice courses.Combined with the contents of international trade practice courses,the problems in current teaching methods and the necessity for courses reform are mentioned.Reforming methods like mattering practical courses,diversified courses,integrating on line and off line courses as well as strengthening the cooperation between university and enterprise are put forward.
