关于齐齐哈尔—大庆旅游合作与发展对策思考

2017年以来,黑龙江省积极适应新常态的发展,抓住"一带一路"建设和新一轮东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略机遇,着力推行哈长城市群发展规划,完善区域经济协作协同发展机制,统筹空间、规模、产业三大结构,促进黑龙江省地域空间均衡开发,努力引领区域整体经济发展。在促进区域经济协作协同发展的过程中,最大的亮点就是发展旅游业,将旅游业作为推动黑龙江省区域下经济发展的有力杠杆。黑龙江省旅游业始终保持着稳定增长趋势,发展旅游业俨然成为龙江经济新的增长点,能够更好地促进黑龙江经济社会快速繁荣与发展。在这样的环境背景下,齐齐哈尔与大庆应当进一步深化旅游合作与发展,统筹兼顾各项要素,促进区域协同合作,在大力推进环哈尔滨旅游圈的开发过程中,全力打造"齐齐哈尔+大庆"旅游带,推进两地旅游资源开发与利用,逐步扩大"齐齐哈尔+大庆"旅游路线,拓宽"齐齐哈尔+大庆"旅游产品,确定齐齐哈尔与大庆两地旅游新供给,使其成为推动两地经济社会发展的新引擎,为区域经济合作与发展增添新动力与新活力。
