| Abstract: | This paper analysis three types of different modes of cooperation among enterprises, universities and research institutes, and makes a comparative analysis of them. After that, this paper puts forward six foundations to choose this kind of cooperation mode. By analyzing the trait of Hunan small and medium enterprises, this paper puts forward several advices. |
