| 摘 要： | 分等因素指标区的科学划分是保证农用地分等结果准确的前提和基础.在分析农用地分等因素指标区划分目的和原则的基础上,以西安市临潼区为例,尝试采用聚类分析法对农用地分等因素指标区进行了定量划分.结果表明:定量方法能够客观科学地进行分等因素指标区的划分,从而确保了农用地分等结果的准确性和合理性.

| Abstract: | Scientific division of factors index areas is the premise and foundation for the accuracy of farmland gradation. Based on an analysis of the purpose and principle, this paper attempts to divide the factors index areas quantitatively by the cluster analysis method with Lintong County as a case study. The result indicates that with the quantitative method, the factors index areas could be devided more objectively and scitifically, thus ensuring the accuracy and rationality of farmland gradation. |
