南京都市商圈及其空间体系构造

都市商圈在地理空间结构中存在多重中心、产销及买卖行为的互动频繁和稳定并引发商业集聚的性质。据此，“南京都市商圈”应是支撑“南京都市圈”经济的商业体系的运行空间。由于长三角洲梯度发展格局，南京都市商圈在当今和未来呈现偏心圆结构，具有进一步西扩的空间。但目前存在整体结构脆弱、核心区域空间构不均衡、社区商圈体系与功能不全等问题。应对其商圈空间体系进行科学布局，形成圈内流通产业较大规模的空间集聚，成为平等竞争的市场共同体，增强圈内空间中商业服务的引力和扩张力。

Nanjing Metropolis Commercial Circle and Its Structure of Spatial System

The character of Metropolis Commercial Circle (MCC) exists in its geographical spatial structure, which has poly-centers with frequency and steady interactions in production, sale and buy, and leads to commercial collection. So Nanjing MCC should be a supportive space to economic and commercial systems of Nanjing Metropolis Circle. Due to the state of gradient development in Changjiang Delta, Nanjing MCC has appeared and will continuously appear the eccentric circular structure, and its space will stretch west. But now its general structure is weak, core area structure is not balanced, and the function of commercial circle in community is unperfect. We should make MCC arrangement scientifically so as to develop the spatial collection of commercial industry with large scale, to make it a fair competitive market. and to increase its service attraction and potential in expension in the circle space.
