旅游业态创新发展研究进展

近年来,旅游业态创新作为转型升级发展的一种方式备受中国旅游学界和业界的密切关注。可持续发展理念是旅游业态创新的理论源泉,知识管理是旅游业态创新的重要支撑。从产品开发层面、组织经营层面、产业边界层面等视角对当前中国旅游业态创新研究进行了述评;就未来进一步拓展研究而言,将融入人、社会与自然等元素,把握旅游业态创新研究的体系化;拓展研究领域和深度,突出可操作性;建立旅游业态创新的分析维度与评价方法,加强定量研究;关注旅游生产和消费的低碳化、资源可持续再利用、物联网的应用等重要问题。

Research Progress on Innovation Development of Tourism Operation Types

In recent years, much attention has been devoted to tourism operation types innovation for the transformation and up- grading of tourism industry. This paper is to review the related research on tourism operation types innovation in China with an emphasis on theory foundations, research viewpoints and future prospects. This paper summarizes that the concept sustainable development is theoretical fountainhead of tourism operation types innovation, and the knowledge management is important sup- port of tourism operation types innovation. This paper discusses that the research on tourism operation types innovation now could be divided into the following viewpoints： product development level; business operation level; industrial boundary level. Further research in the [uture： grasping the systematization of study on tourism operation types innovation integrating with per- son, society, nature and other elements; widening and deepening the research with operability being strengthened; establishing the analysis dimension and evaluation method of tourism operation types innovation, and strengthening quantitative research. In the future, some important issues also should be given special care： low carbonization of tourism production and consumption; re- source sustainable recycling; application of the Internet of things, and so on.
