河北省加工贸易现状及转型升级发展路径研究

基于在促进经济发展、吸纳社会就业、引进资本技术等多方面作用,加工贸易具有长期存在的坚实基础。河北省加工贸易发展较为滞后,现阶段,转变方式、转型升级成为加工贸易健康发展的主基调。本文即立足河北省加工贸易现状,分析了其发展阶段和特点,结合外部有利条件和不利挑战,提出了推动河北省加工贸易转型升级发展的可行路径。
