| 摘 要： | 目前我国的企业年金研究尚处于萌芽阶段,企业年金运行管理存在很多不足.文章从中国企业年金的特点出发,结合我国企业年金的早期运行模式,深入分析了企业年金本土化的运行模式,并提出"一主多辅"型的运行模式.同时论证了该模式是中国本土化运行模式的最佳选择之一.

According to the features and the old operation mode of corporation annuityin China,this paper makes an in-depth analysis ofits localization operation mode,presents a newlocalization operationmodewhichiscalled'oneprincipalandmultiplesubordinates',andprovesthatitisoneofthebestchoicesforthe localizationoperationofcorporationannuity. |
