| 摘 要： | 在继承和综合美国传统基金会和加拿大弗雷泽研究所市场化测度的基本思想上,建立了测度农村土地要素市场化程度的指标体系,并以对四川省苍溪县农村进行实地调研的数据资料,计算出该县农村土地要素市场化程度的值,发现目前农村土地要素市场化的程度十分低下,处于非市场经济状态。这说明在农村经济改革中的重点应更加侧重于农村土地要素市场的培育。

| Abstract: | This article sets up an index system estimating the marketization level of farmland factor of country based on inheriting and synthetizing marketization estimate of U.S.A.Foundation and Canada Fraser research institute,and using the data materials obtained from investigate on the spot in the Cangxi country of Sichuan Province,calculates out the value of the marketization level of farmland factor of this county,finding that the marketization level of production factor in rural areas is very low.This indicate... |
