中国旅游电子商务发展现状及对策

摘    要:伴随着中国旅游业的发展,旅游电子商务在旅游产业价值链条中的积极作用日益凸显.虽然旅游电子商务在中国呈现出一种迅猛发展的态势,但是中国旅游电子商务只是处于起步阶段,由于缺乏开展电子商务的宏观环境、法律保障、大量网络人口的支持与精通旅游业务和电子商务的复合型人才的支撑等原因导致中国旅游电子商务的总体水平较低.发展中国旅游电子商务的对策是:优化旅游电子商务的宏观环境,建立旅游电子 商务的专业化网站,开展旅游电子商务的整合营销,构建旅游电子商务的信息系统,开展旅游电子商务的个性化服务.

Abstract:Along with the development of Chinese Tourism, the positive effect of E-Commerce in the industrial value chain of it is more and more conspicuous. Although the E-Commerce in Chinese tourism presents a rapid developing situation, it is just in its beginning state. The total level of E-Commerce in Chinese tourism is relatively low, because of the reasons such as lacking the support of macro environment, legal protection,enough net population and composited talented persons who are proficient in both tourist business and E-Commerce. The strategy to develop E-Commerce in Chinese tourism is: optimizing the macro environment,setting up specialized websites,developing conformed marketing of the E-Commerce in Chinese tourism,constructing it's information system, and developing characterized service of it.
